Do This Only If You Want To Live A Healthy Life
STOP! Don’t read anymore if you are happy with your current health status. If you feel like you move your body as much as you can and couldn’t possibly do anymore more. If you already eat 5 to 6 times a day, meals that are complete with lean protein, fruit or vegetable, and a complex carbohydrate. If you get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. If you are already doing these things, then you may carry on about your day without reading any further.
